You have a room or a whole apartment that you want to rent out and you are now looking for long-term tenants? You came to the right place! Adding your room or apartment to the popular roomsDB.net listings is easy, straightforward and you don't even have to sign up! Just follow three simple steps and your offer is online within the next minutes.
In the first step, enter all the relevant details for you offer. In the second step you will upload some pictures and in the final step you can feature your offer to rent out faster.
Step 1/3: Enter Details
General
Some hints for filling out the "General" tab on the right side.
For Category choose exactly what you want to rent out.
If you rent out a single room, do not choose 4-Rooms flat, just because the single room is in a 4-Rooms flat!
Don't forget: miscategorized postings get very little clicks.
Location
In the "Location" tab, just enter where your apartment is situated.
After you entered the exact address, the location of your place will be automatically marked on the Google map.
You can still manually change the mark on the map, if it is not accurate!
To do so, click on the red marker within the map and drag it to the exact location of your apartment.
Finally, choose the MRT station that is closest to the place that you want to rent out.
Expenses
Enter the monthly rent that you expect to get paid.
Do not enter a weekly or daily amount, or an amout per tenant, if you expect more than 1 tenant.
If you are an agent, you have to enter your agent fee. Enter "0" if you're not.
Details
Enter the details of your offer.
In the Title describe your offer in a few words as precisely as possible.
For the main Text enter all relevant information that you want your prospective tenants to know.
Fill out all the remaining fields, enter your contact details and then proceed to the second step!
