Do I need to sign up first?
No, you do not need to sign up first! After you posted your first offer, an account will automatically be registered with the email address you used to post your offer. The account credentials will be emailed to your email address. There really is no complicated sign-up process, you just go and post your offer!
Is this service free?
No, we will charge you a small service fee for posting your offer. However, our rates are very reasonable and for some of our categories we offer a Money Back Guarantee that will fully refund your expenses should you not find a tenant!
So what about the featured offers? What are the advantages and are there different kinds of featured offers?
If you want to rent out as soon as possible, you should choose a featured offer. The advantages are obvious, you will have much more exposure than with regular offers.All featured offers appear on the front page of roomsDB.net and they stay there as long as they are featured. We have different kinds of featured offers on roomsDB.net. Depending on how prominently you would like to feature your offer and on how much you want to spend. In the third step of the posting process all those different kinds of features are presented to you and you can choose what kind of feature you would like to purchase.
How much are the featured offers and how do I feature my offer?
Featured offers start at just 15 SG$ for the 2 Week Standard Feature. Featuring your offer is easy. In the third step of the posting process, you will be asked if you want to feature your offer and if yes, what kind of feature you would like to purchase.
How long will my offer be online?
Our standard period for regular and featured offers is 2 weeks. However, you can also opt for the longer 1 month period.
How can potential tenants contact me?
Potential tenants that are interested in your offer can contact you via our email system. If there is a new email waiting for you on roomsDB.net, we will send an email to you with the link to your new message. Your email address will not be revealed on the website itself to protect you from spam mails. Other than that, of course you should post your phone number so interested tenants can directly call you.
If I find a tenant, would you charge any kind of commission?
No, we do not charge any kind of commission!
